Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by EducateBuddy Consulting Services.

1. STANDARD PACKAGE (Rs.999 + GST)
The Standard Package fee of Rs.999 is 100% refundable, no questions asked, provided all three of the following conditions are met:
• The student attends all scheduled counselling sessions
• The student submits all required documents on time as guided
• The student completes the post-admission feedback form
Once these conditions are met, the full Rs.999 will be refunded within 7 working days of the request. If EducateBuddy is unable to fulfil the session for any reason, a full refund will also be issued within 7 working days, regardless of the above conditions.

2. PREMIUM PACKAGE (Rs.4,999 + GST)
The Premium Package fee is non-refundable once sessions have commenced. Cancellations before the first session are eligible for a refund less 10% processing fee, issued within 7 working days.

3. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Financial assistance of up to Rs.1,00,000 is facilitated through our partner network and is subject to eligibility criteria of the respective financial institution. EducateBuddy does not guarantee approval of financial assistance.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY STUDENT
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. No-shows without prior notice will be treated as completed sessions with no refund or rescheduling.

5. CANCELLATIONS BY EDUCATEBUDDY
If EducateBuddy cancels a session, we will offer a full reschedule or refund at the student's discretion.

6. GST
GST charged on services is non-refundable as per applicable Indian tax laws.
