These Terms of Service govern your use of EducateBuddy Consulting Services. By booking a session or using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. SERVICES
EducateBuddy provides educational counselling, admission guidance, and career advisory services for informational and guidance purposes only.

2. ADVISORY NATURE
Our counsellors provide expert guidance based on available data and experience. However, final admission decisions and all related actions remain solely the responsibility of the student and their family. EducateBuddy is not liable for outcomes arising from decisions made by the student or guardian.

3. SESSION CONDUCT
Students and parents must attend scheduled sessions punctually. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. EducateBuddy reserves the right to reschedule sessions at its discretion.

4. PAYMENT AND PRICING
All fees are exclusive of applicable GST. Payments must be completed prior to session commencement. EducateBuddy reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, tools, and materials provided by EducateBuddy are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EducateBuddy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our guidance.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
